High Tech High Design Contest
A staff member at High Tech High held a contest that was open to students at all HTH campuses in which they were asked to design a tote bag. The theme was environmental sustainability. I started with a few sketches, which I narrowed down to two ideas that I recreated on Photoshop and Illustrator.
I submitted two designs to the contest. The first design consisted of the letters "HTH", and each letter was made up of other words. The first "H" was made up of words that describe the environment and care for nature. The "T" was made up of 1s and 0s, representing binary code and our use of technology. The last "H" was made up of words that describe High Tech High. My second design was a picture of a curving vine with leaves on it and said "High Tech High". That design was inspired by nature and I chose to keep it small and simple to represent that even a simple act of care can change the environment.
Below are all of my drafts.
