Constitution Project
In this project, our class as a whole created a constitution to show our values and ideas for a good, functioning work environment.

In this project, the entire class was working together to create the constitution. I liked that everyone had a chance to give input, and everyone got some ideas into the constitution, but it was very hard to communicate and compromise in such a big group.
Over the course of this project, our table made a constitution, which was them used with everyone else's to create the class one. We also individually wrote our idea of a good preamble for it. I learned that in a big group, everyone still needs a chance to share their opinions, but also be okay if not everything goes their way. Communication and compromise was very important and we needed to work more on it so that everyone could have a say in what the constitution said.
I think that what went well in this project was that in the end, the constitution ended up really well done, and everyone had something in it that they liked and agreed with. I think that the final product was a display of everyone's opinions.
In this project, I didn't have many struggles, and the only minor issue I had was that I wasn't able to get a lot of my opinions out there. I overcame this by asserting myself and sharing my ideas. I was able to discuss these with other people, and ensure that I got some input on the constitution.
I think that I did well in staying on task and working well with my group to try and make everyone have a chance to talk and share their ideas. I could improve in the future by working a bit harder and staying focused towards the end of the project when I had less to do.
If I could change one thing about this project, I think that we should popcorn out ideas for everything from the beginning. When we had worked for a week on our small group constitution, it was harder to enlarge the group and have to compromise with the entire class. I think it would be best if we start by sharing ideas with the whole class first.
